Originally, I am from the French-speaking part of Switzerland. After completing my mathematics studies at the University of Fribourg, I moved to Zürich for my PhD in computer science at the ETHZ.

After completing my PhD, I stayed in the Zürich area and accumulated more than ten years of experience working in the IT industry. I have designed and implemented software solutions in a variety of domains: backend, data modeling, databases, and DevOps, especially on the AWS cloud. Functional programming and relational databases are the foundation of my software engineering skills.

In my spare time, I enjoy music tremendously. I listen to all kinds of music and often go to the moods, a local jazz club. I also play the piano and the organ.
